Self Maintenance Packages

SDS Self Maintenance is a bespoke support product designed for those customers who require minimal downtime, improved turnaround times and reduced costs.

Todays market pressures mean that many companies are seeking new ways of increasing efficiency by employing a lean sigma philosophy where flexibility is key and non value added costs are removed from the opaerational system.

SDS Self Maintenance allows for this by offering a select group of parts to be stocked at the customers site thereby allowing the customer to make immediate repairs when needed and eliminating the delays and costs that a site visit can entail.

The process begins with a detailed consultation with one of our experienced in house engineers to identify the parts which are most commonly responsible for indivudual product downtime. Based on this consultation, a parts package tailored to each customers specific requirements is put together to be stored on site and be immediately available when required.

The service is supplemented by a telephone support from our engineering department where required and aims to significantly reduce company costs associated with contract maintenance agreements making it ideal for those companies who need the peace of mind a maintenance agreement brings without the ongoing charges.
